30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to log a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@bigcitymobility.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack Your Item: Safely pack the item back into its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included.
- Ship It Back: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return costs.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and notify you that it has arrived. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after the inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). You can expect to see the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Opened personal care or hygiene products.
- Custom-ordered or personalized items.
- Gift cards or clearance/final sale items.
